The title of my new Super 8 film "Gitpu" is Mi'kmaq for eagle. My cousin Lorne's spiritual connection with nature did not prepare me for his passing. A heartfelt thank you to my dear friends and collaborators who attended Gitpu's debut last evening at the Pleasure Dome New Works screening in Toronto, Canada.
