I finally start shooting my short on 16mm film in November. I really want to edit it on a flatbed editor. Since I work odd hours I would need to have one readily accessible in my home.
I have been trying to find one within acceptable driving distance from NYC. I was thinking a simple 4 plate editor. I prefer a 1600 or 1601 Steenbeck. I will be shooting in S16, so it would be nice to have one ready to edit in S16. However I also know someone who can help me convert a Steenbeck for s16 if necessary.
