Depending on the monitor, you may be able to play file for looping straight from a USB thumb drive. I would only do this if you are able to spend a few days researching and teching the file. Also, in my experience, you would have to use a drive that is formatted for FAT32, meaning the file size is limited to 4GB. I've had some trouble setting this up remotely, as it can be hard to get the codec/container/bitrate set exactly as need be with presenters who don't know exactly what they're working with.
