Dear Sébastien, dear Forum, An alternative source of information on subgroup lattices, or more precisely the poset of conjugacy classes of subgroups, of certain finite groups of modest size is GAP's library of tables of marks (http://schmidt.nuigalway.ie/tomlib), currently maintained by Liam Naughton.
