Doing some additional debugging, if I navigate to:

I get back content:

But if I navigate to:
https://simulator.jdshewey.com/rhsm/consumers/b0ece1e3-2996-4bbe-a4cd-c2cd75640ac3/enabled_repos
I get back "The page you were looking for doesn't exist. You may have mistyped
the address or the page may have moved."
Should I be getting back a list of repos here?
