Hi, these things are very difficult to estimate because I do not know what features you plan to use and how you intend to set up your Foreman, so the following is just a rough approximation. The installation time for Foreman depends on what plugins you enable, but it generally takes less than 1 hour (if everything goes smoothly). If you want to use Foreman just for monitoring (like a dashboard for Puppet reports, for example), then you are basically done. If you want provisioning, then you need to configure things like a compute resource and desired operating systems. Plugins may or may not need additional configuration, but it varies for each plugin. I would recommend taking a look into our docs [1] at features that you are interested in, you may get some idea about time estimates from description of what needs to be done in order to get the feature working.
