Make sure that C:\freesw\lib actually contains libsndfile-1.lib and if it does, try to rename it to sndfile-1.lib instead. Rename the libsndfile-1.def to sndfile-1.def as well. And C:\freesw\bin should contain a libsndfile-1.dll
