> Hello,
Actually the reverb inside fluidsynth is freeverb. You will find a new branch derived from master called fdn-reverb https://github.com/FluidSynth/fluidsynth/pull/380 This reverb sounds less "ringing" that freeverb. Like freeverb , fdn-reverb is a "late" reverb and have a low cpu load (sligtly above freeverb) but lower memory cost. Both freeverb and fdn-reverb aren't high quality reverb, but it seems that fdn-reverb gives better results. This new reverb has the sames settings that the previous one. So you can easly test and compare. Any feedback is welcome. jjc.
