Patches are "adding" or "changes" in files: fluid_voice.h,fluid_voice.c,fluid_synth.h,fluid_synth.c,fluid_chan.h,fluid_chan.c. I can try to "copy/paste" this adding or changes in a ticket window. The best would be a way to upload the sources files and the pdf document who explains things in plain english text. Really, I don't known what is the more convenient ?.

To give an idea, here is the document contents table:
1. Adding sostenuto pedal ....................................................................................................................................2 1.1. SUSTAIN PEDAL BEHAVIOR............................................................................................................................................ 2 1.2. SOSTENUTO PEDAL BEHAVIOR. ..................................................................................................................................... 2 1.3. CORRECTION IN FLUID_SYNTH_RELEASE_VOICE_ON_SAME_NOTE_LOCAL()............................................................. 3 1.5.1.
