Hello Antonio,

I am not a fluidsynth developer, but I definitely remember your patches
arriving in my mailbox when you originally sent them because I looked
at all of them.

I would also like to urge the devs to apply this series or at least the
DEFAULT_SOUNDFONT fixing patch because at the moment fluidsynth's
automake build is broken without it.
