It should be fairly easy to do... Open your keyboard.xml file and look
for the lines that look like this:
<key n="13"> <!-- PLIB -->
<name>Enter</name>
<desc>Move rudder right</desc>
<repeatable type="bool">true</repeatable>
<binding>
<command>property-adjust</command>
<property>/controls/flight/rudder</property>
<step type="double">0.05</step>
</binding>
</key>
Add a mod-up to the key tag so it looks like this:
<key n="13"> <!-- PLIB -->
<name>Enter</name>
<desc>Move rudder right</desc>
<repeatable type="bool">true</repeatable>
<binding>
<command>property-adjust</command>
<property>/controls/flight/rudder</property>
<step type="double">0.05</step>
</binding>
<mod-up>
<binding>
<command>property-assign</command>
<property>/controls/flight/rudder</property>
<value>0</value>
</binding>
</mod-up>
</key>
There are actually several of these "Move Rudder" entries for different
key numbers: 10, 13, 48, 269, 364. Change all of them. Also note the
<step> value for 48 and 364 is negative
