Just to clarify the time for those of us on the dark side of the world.
I think 10.00am CST equates to 1600 GMT/UTC i.e. 6 hours difference.

It sounds like fun and I'll endeavour to be there, although it will be 3am 
here on the 2nd here (YSSY)!
