Actually i have tried
Istanbul
recordmydesktop
xvidcap
and the system became too slow

but it does not recognized 3D windows movement
a first try with vnc2swf with vncserver running on the same machine give
OpenGl GLX extension not supported by display :1.0
at moment i think that it's impossible to do in linux
(but why on windows is it possible?)
my machine is a Pentium 4 2.4 ghz 512 mb Nvida fx 5200 64 mb.
