Duties & Responsibilities are as follows: You will work on a variety of exciting professional marketing initiatives, helping to pioneer a new form of Flash-based sales aid. Work with multiple brand teams, applying expertise in Flash and graphic design to create dynamic, animated marketing materials that appropriately highlight brand messages, while maintaining consistent safety and product information. Bring knowledge of graphic design, interactive user experience, and information architecture to produce meaningful experiences through the medium of a Flash interactive sales aid. Apply these best practices to work with the brands and their creative agencies to design the content, leveraging existing copy and graphical assets when possible. Be part of a team of graphic designers and developers producing content for use by field sales with our customers, and will report to a project manager responsible for the overall initiative. Required Skills: * Minimum of two years of experience with Flash design/development, object-oriented programming with a focus on API calls and scripting. *Flex experience two or more years. * Must possess and be able to demonstrate good design, layout, and graphics skills and be familiar with graphic programs such as PhotoShop and Fireworks. * Must have a basic understanding of XML . * Knowledge of information architecture a plus. * Interactive agency experience preferred. * Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus. * Must work effectively with others. * Must possess good communication skills (oral and written) and be able to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience. * Must possess strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
