Ok, lets leave it as is. In the meanwhile the DJGPP/DOS patch was accepted to pciutils tree. https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/utils/pciutils/pciutils.git/commit/?id=5c5ce19215cdfa54c878e09211e3cd3bc8344b82 Maybe we can just provide a link to that git or 3.5.7 once is out.
