The CSS rules of the selected HTML element are shown within the Rules side panel <https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Page_Inspector/How_to/Examine_and_edit_CSS>. And by clicking on the source link besides a rule you switch to the Style Editor <https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Style_Editor> and it is selected there. The Style Editor still lacks the feature to search within multiple files, though. This is filed as bug 889571 <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=889571>.
