The CSS rules of the selected HTML element are shown within the Rules side 
panel

And by clicking on the source link besides a rule you switch to the Style 
Editor <https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Style_Editor> and it 
is selected there.
The Style Editor still lacks the feature to search within multiple files, 
though. This is filed as bug 889571
