Good news and bad news. As noted, fink is now trying to build 0.48.4-11. The
new issue is with dependencies. Are audiofile, esound, and gnome-desktop
really needed? At any rate, fink is tripping on another dependency:
ghostscript-nox=9.10-1. Ghostscript and ghostscript-fon are installed. I
tried removing ghostscript but fink says it cannot.

Thanks,

Marc

Could not resolve inconsistent dependencies!

Fink isn't sure how to install the above packages safely. You may be able to fix
things by running:

  fink scanpackages
  sudo apt-get update
  sudo apt-get install ghostscript-nox=9.10-1

Updating the list of locally available binary packages.
