Comments are welcome. Please be brutal. 'Streams' is crucial.
I have little knowledge of transport streams beyond being 188 bytes/packet and beginning with 0x47.
For example, if there are transport streams, are there program streams inside them or not? I would
guess there are but I don't have a single TS to evaluate.
