New submission from Jon Hood <[email protected]>:

Aiseesoft is using FFmpeg without distributing sources. Their video converter is
featured on giveaway of the day today. Their website is at
http://www.aiseesoft.com/ but appears to be foreign-based.

>From the install of the product:
$ strings avcodec-52.dll
This software is derived from the GNU GPL XviD codec (1.1.0).

I have also mentioned other violations that appear, including to the memtest86
project and Qt project:
$ strings avformat-52.dll
(www.memtest86.com). At the time of writing it is free (GPLd).
$ strings QtGui4.dll
