IMHO If you set the aligned value, FrameInfo.Width/Height shoule be
changed to be:

    q->param.mfx.FrameInfo.Width  = FFALIGN(avctx->width, q->width_align);
    q->param.mfx.FrameInfo.Height = FFALIGN(avctx->height, q->height_align);
