copyright
notices in another thread.

I need *technical* feedback about the API. I would also like to have someone 
take a quick
look at the implementation, although I'm confident its okay and as optimal as a 
generic
software implementation could be. Accuracy-wise its slightly better than 
libfftw3f, due to
the use of reordering for nptwo transform direction and the compound 15-point 
FFT
(less operations due to the lack of inter-stage twiddles).
Can provide a benchmarking test program on IRC.
