Good patch! I found the MPTS support in FFMpeg a must have.
One question: Can you add support for the NIT table? Without it, the output
MPTS isn't DVB compilant.
hm....good idea. I'll think about it. NIT is important for casting.
also, I think, it would be good to control discontinuity to make player
happy to reread new TS structure....
