*Hi Yalda,*

I'm sending this email to submit my *qualification task* for the FFmpeg
project.

I have fixed the issue in ccaption_dec.c where extended characters were
incorrectly overwriting previous ones. I’ve implemented the fix according
to the EIA-608 standard as requested.
