The mfra size is not signed. It is an unsigned 32-bit integer.
Spec (mfro is the last part of the mfra):
aligned(8) class MovieFragmentRandomAccessOffsetBox
extends FullBox(‘mfro’, version, 0) {
unsigned int(32) size;
}
