because the #3051 is not an ffmpeg bug, i'm guessing its a bug with
wherever this came from.
also "bbc typo fix" tells us nothing useful.
likewise "GARYH". who is gary h? on irc? ml? no contact info?
i didnt investigate further into where this came from. nor did i find
it relevant to tag the commit with a bunch of random companies
(bbc/elemental).
