I am using Islandora. I have noticed that if I ingest an item and immediately
delete the item (after 5-10 seconds) , it gets indexed and stays in the SOLR
index. I have set it up so that the SOLR commit occurs after 5 minutes. It gets
correctly deleted from fedoraGSearch index though. As a workaround, I am
thinking about changing the setting so that SOLR commit occurs immediately
rather than 5 minutes later. But FedoraGSearch should catch such conditions.
