kexec-tools: Make use of crash_create_elf32/64_headers() (ppc64)
Use the new functions provided by crashdump-elf.c instead of duplicating the
same functionality in prepare_crash_memory_elf64_headers().
Not sure if the 32-bit format will work correctly, but the code already looks
half-implemented so what the heck. Maybe we should do 64-bit support only and
rip out the 32-bit stuff.
