Hi, I'm permanently banning any site that fail2ban detects. That works as expected and I get one email only for any site not already banned.
What happens when I restart fail2ban it sends an email for every (already) banned site. I'd appreciate any hints on how I can prevent this (I don't need emails for already banned sites) without impacting the rest of the email notifications that work (i.e. I do want an email when fail2ban starts/stops).
