Hi,
I've been using fail2ban for over a month now and have noticed that
every week after the logrotate program runs, the new log in
/var/log/fail2ban is zero length.
fail2ban.client reload will fix the problem and the log will populate
again until the next logrotate runs. I tried putting this command in
the logrotate postrotate command for fail2ban, but this didn't work.
Can you provide the entire logrotate.d file for fail2ban's log?
The OS is CentOS 7.
Any suggestions for fixing this?
Thanks,
Jim
