        Hi,
what kind of source is that for, please? If for mail, then it is in
Edit->Preferences->Certificates->Mail tab (if your version has it).
Anything else, like the calendars, have it in their Properties, if it's
a standalone calendar. For collection accounts, where a global
authentication settings are used across all the sources belonging to
that account, hmm, I think there's nothing for it in the GUI.

You can reset the setting manually, when you go into the:

   ~/.config/evolution/sources/

and search the files for "SslTrust=" (quotes for clarity only). The
line might look like:

   SslTrust=accept|example.com|some-hexa-value

When you delete those lines in all the .source files and then restart
the evolution with the evolution-data-server processes (running
`evolution --force-shutdown` might do the trick in your version too, I
think), then you'll be re-asked for the certificate trust where needed.
