Hi,
evolution itself doesn't use bwrap, it's being used by its
dependencies. One of them being WebKitGTK (I do not know of any other
dependency using it). You can disable it when you run Evolution as:
$ WEBKIT_FORCE_SANDBOX=0 evolution
I guess some library update broke the bwrap code accidentally, but it's
only a guess.
