Tested setting Evolution to use html-mail instead.
Then everything looks okay on the receiver's side.

But html and emails.
I've ideological problems with html email ever since I joined that "say no
to html email"-campaign some twenty plus years ago.
Sadly, maybe it's time to throw in the towel now.
