It appears to me that the file is automatically replaced. Running this
document:

Multiple times resulted in an updated Word document every time, without needing
to delete the existing Word document.

I would like to render an *.Rmd file into a word document, running R on
Microsoft Windows, without having before to delete a file with the same name
and path as the file I want to render into.
Are there preamble settings or render() parameters which allow me to do so?
