Vagrant Cascadian posted a new comment: Do you have all the epoptes Recommends installed? and the Recommends of the Recommends? And the Recommends of the Recommends of the Recommends... etc. LinuxMint used to disable installing Recommends, and maybe it still does, which results in random features breaking. Additionally, epoptes 0.5.10 has been out for quite some time; consider upgrading to that, as it fixes many bugs.
