'Aur' is not Manjaro distro, it's Arch distro.
Git Terminology Arch Aur package works fine, i use it every day

These are source code archives not distribution soft packages. You need to
either build these manually or find packages for your distribution. You
can't install source code archives like that. Easier to install binary
packages.
