OK, I am behind the times. I limped along in E20 with a free-standing
systray, but it is time to move on. I just took a peak at a live
PCLinuxOS version with E and see that the systray seems to be working
there . . . but not in my Mageia E21 install.
I have the following installed:
* sni-qt
* lib64appindicator3-1
* lib64notify4
* pidgin-libnotify for pidgin
And still nothing appears in the systray (not pidgin, not Tomboy,
nothing). What am I missing?
