Yeah, this is a known issue with E19.7 and the EFL 14 series.  It's the
reason why E19.8 was released so quickly.  Download the latest source code
and you should be fine.

 Enlightenment runs a ticket system for issues:

Look in the Docs section of the E website for more information on how to use
it.
