I for one am seriously considering moving all my projects off SF, but
I'm not in a hurry, and I haven't actually made the final decision
yet.  So I give a +0.5 to the idea of moving.

Having spent a lot of 2013 and 2014 migrating two really large projects
TO SourceForge, I'm really not happy with them right now.
