[e-users] Missing border-0.jpg from efl-1.13-0-beta1 on ubuntu

Hi, I'm trying to build from source efl-1.13.0-beta1
on ubuntu trusty. I got this error:

  EDJ      ethumb/frames/default.edj
  lt-edje_cc: Critical. Unable to load image "border-0.jpg" used by file
  "ethumb/frames/default.edj": File (or file path) does not exist. Check
  if path to file "border-0.jpg" is correct (both directory and file
  name).
  make[2]: *** [ethumb/frames/default.edj] Error 255

I was able to build efl-1.12.2 and friends and I recall
no problems, am I missing something ?
