It most certainly sounds like a bug. I am not home to test and reproduce though (and this box does not run E19), is it always reproducible? is it reproducible with a clean config (clean everything except the vertical VDs obviously)? if the last 2 questions are a no then it most likely is a bug in your end but i never tried it that way so i can't really be sure, do open a ticket for it if it's a persistent issue. :/
