Hi all.

I'm building from git and using the E16 pager ( though from memory this
issue also affects the other pager too ).

If I have two rows of desktops, and I'm currently on a desktop on the
bottom row, when I drag a window in the pager up ( to drag it to another
desktop ), the actual window is dragged as well. If I have my shelf set to
'below windows', the window will cover the pager, making it impossible to
complete the drag operation. This seems awkward.

I realise I can set the shelf to 'above everything' and work around this
issue, but this still leaves the 'below windows' setting's functionality
impacted. I wonder about the real-time moving of windows while dragging
pager windows around. It kinda looks cool ... but it would be good if it
didn't impact functionality like this.

I don't really know how I'd even like to see this addressed - if at all.
I'm just throwing it out for discussion, because I've cursed about it a few
times :)

Dan
