Your are right!
It's a bug in (resp., a problem with) intel-dri and eventually its 
dependeny mesa-libgl.
I've another PC with an nvidia graphic card and the same version of mesa 
running. No problem at all!

A rebooting didn't help in my case!
Unfortunately the problem is still persisting.
