not a bug. that's just how it works. you can add a pager to your external
screen - add a shelf and add a pager to it. simple. keybindings also work to
switch desktops. if you have multiple screens then your mouse will ALWAYS
travel between them. the wm doesn't have a choice in this. xserver drives this
and there isn't and option to do otherwise.
