I am aware of presentation mode. It seems there is no way to decouple the
two - screensaver and dpms. As I mentioned, it does make a difference when
I do a video+audio out over hdmi. I do not understand why it should make a
difference if it is only a black window on top of whatever I was currently
playing. Anyway, thanks for your input. I will look for other workarounds.
