no - thats just wizard detecction when you set things up. that modules list
shows all installed modules found. i assume you've scrolled around... if it's
not in the list then whoever built/packaged youre enlightenment actively chose
to disable the connman module. it is built by default. you have to actively
choose to turn it off at compile time.
