e18 also supports systemd suspend/shutdown via dbus requests, if it finds them
available at startup. so enlightenment_sys is not used if that is the case. not
for shutdown/suspend etc. (if you have systemd, you can remove the
suspend/shutdown/hibernate/reboot actions from syactions.conf). if you don't
have systemd - check enlightenment_sys is setuid root. check sysactions.cong
and that your user is permitted (groups and user perms - see the file) or poke
around systemd if that's what you have. is that somehow denying permission to
your user?
