Sorry - this is what I *meant* to say, rather than the earlier version of the 
email i just sent…

In running ./autoconf.sh in e_dbus-1.7.5, I get the following error from 
./configure:
...
checking for DBUS... no
configure: error: Package requirements (dbus-1 >= 0.62) were not met:

No package 'dbus-1' found

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables DBUS_CFLAGS
and DBUS_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.

OK, so I try to install dbus-1:

opkg install dbus-1
Package dbus-1 (1.4.16-r4.0) installed in root is up to date.

What is happening here, and how can I proceed?
