It would appear that on Jan 13, Carsten Haitzler did say:

Well since mouse based operations are not intuitive for me, I'm not real
surprised I didn't guess that... especially since I sometimes have
difficulties with accurate mouse pointNclicking. And that's without needing
to hold the mouse button down while wrestling the pointer into a new
position, which, sometimes, actually causes my hand to throb painfully...
Is there a method that doesn't require "dragging"???
And for that matter, {though off topic for this thread} I've been having a
similar problem resizing windows lately as neither a keybinding set to
window action: resize, nor the resize selection from the window menu, want
to stay active long enough to do anything with the arrow keys... And that
leaves me with having to {sometimes painfully} drag the window corner...
Is this a "known" issue?
Fortunately I don't need to actually resize my windows very often... But,
when I do, if my hand starts throbbing, I sometimes get in trouble for
suddenly increasing the vocabulary of a certain grandchild who's underfoot
a lot lately.
