this patch is wrong. this means emotion is not relocatable. eina_prefix exists
for a reason. to go FIND the installed location at runtime dynamically.
eg.
./configure --prefix=/opt/xxx
<do all the build and install>
mv /opt/xxx /usr/local/xxx
and it still WORKS!
