${prefix}/share/dbus-1/services/org.enlightenment.Efreet.service
to
~/.local/share/dbus-1/services/org.enlightenment.Efreet.service
or adding
export XDG_DATA_DIRS="/opt/e17/share:/usr/share:/usr/local/share"
to your ~/.xsessionrc
